Ascend Physical Therapy

I cannot say enough good things about my new physical therapist Leslie. I’m almost 40 years old and have seen many physical therapists who put you through cookie cutter treatment, exercise and on your way. She is very different and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She sat and listened to my extensive medical history, looked at my imaging and accommodated treatment to best suit my needs. I had stopped going to physical therapy for years because most of the time they would just have me exercise, out of alignment and I would end up right back in PT again or worse, more pain. She understands that if you’re not in alignment, you are just working the wrong muscles over and over again leading to repeat treatments. Her dry needling skills are great!
