For years I have the pleasure of being helped by Lida at ASAP Pharmacy, and I can honestly say they set the gold standard for customer service. They go above and beyond to answer questions, explain options, and ensure I leave with exactly what I need. Their patience, kindness, and attention to detail truly made my experience exceptional. Truly an amazing pharmacy!

Our hospice uses this service. They have been awful for the entire experience. They just show up with out letting me know. I have to go out to get things at times. I asked that they let me know in the morning when they would arrive. It has been awful service. We had to move my dad yesterday and they said they would come to pick up the equipment between 4 & 5. I got here it at 4. They didn't get here until 8:52. I called at 7 to ask where they were and they said they would be here in 35. It was an hour. I missed 2 hours with my dad. Not happy with them at all. Despite repeated attempts asking them to let me know what time they were delivering, they rarely did it. I would never use them. I have complained to the hospice manager. They say they will look into it. I need to focus on my dad.

To owner(V) I have the utmost respect for you and your business I didn't disclosed your name , but on your retail pharmacy the staff has been so horrible except for Maui, I hope you find time to look into this problem. They are so rude and not able to explain in a calm manner to an elderly patient at that, I don't know her name but she sounds older and with accent, I know it's not Lida but both of them have the worst manners. Thank you and hopefully this will be resolved.

Excellent and caring service. I drive out of my way to get prescriptions here because they are so helpful!

After struggling with a multitude of issues in my dealings with CVS and other pharmacies I made the decision to give ASAP my business. This has turned out to be a wonderful decision as they are a compassionate and caring group of people who have provided me with exceptional customer service. They were also able to save me over $100 a month for some of the compounded medications I was taking. I highly recommend them for both your regular pharmacy and compounding needs.
