Holy Name parking lot has multiple accessible parking spaces and a ramp that conveniently leads down the sidewalk (in both directions) at a gradual grade. You can access this ramp from multiple points in the parking area. Once you cross the street the hill up to the front entrance is a little steeper, so be careful if you have mobility issues (like me!). I made it up with my rolling walker but I would be concerned about going down that hill even in dry conditions-- that being said there are other exits that lead to flatter situations and eventually back to the parking area. Bring your parking ticket inside with you for validation, and sign in (having your photo taken by tablets to the left of the line) before you get in line for your visit badge-- this applies to everyone. Dr Nangia is patient, compassionate, open minded and friendly. His staff have always been helpful and responsive (you DON'T wait 3 days for them to call in an Rx refill). He is always willing to try new things and accommodate your own ideas whenever possible. Great Doc!
