Arturo Ricard

I recently switched to Dr. Arturo Ricard . I found I needed 2 crowns. One for an ancient silver type filling that had cracked and one that had a crown that developed a cavity under. The office is comfortable and the reception staff is very friendly and professional. Parking was easy and the building is easily visible from the road. Dr Arturo is excellent. The results were excellent. In repairing tooth number 3 he fixed how my bite is better than it was in years. My jaw and face feel relaxed now. He now will be my forever dentist. I don’t understand that they never called me back with my treatment plan after 1 and 1/2 hrs of exam & x-ray from my initial visit.(I’m new to this area) I left several voicemails too. That even took 1 month to visit. I’d rather had gone to see another dentist while wasting my time like this. Very disappointed. Also I waisted my yearly teeth x-ray & exam for my dental insurance company at this useless dental office, I had to pay $150 out of my pocket at another dental office. What a waste time & money! 😕

I receive great service every time! Dr. Ricard truly cares for his patients and always ensures I’m comfortable at each visit. The staff is equally amazing! Highly recommend!

Super Family Dentist. Very professional, caring, don't try to sell services or procedures not needed. Office is absolutely beautiful emaculate. All office staff and techs are SUPER.
