The doctor recommended most of my teeth be pulled and he sent me to a doctor down the road to do the surgery. After the surgery I went back to this place to get fit for my dentures. This is my first time wearing dentures. I was not educated at all about the dentures before I ordered them. The assistant asked me, do you want "metal or acrylic"? Everything felt very rushed and I was very unhappy with my dentures when I received them. They are not fitted properly. I tried to tell them this, but they said that it was the only way they could be fit on me. I know this isn't true and I've been so unhappy with my dentures. Another thing is, th

ONE COOL DR. But The worst front office staff of any type medical office to be found in florida. How in the world can you not reach out to a patient more than once to confirm an appointmemt cancelation, If you didnt get the person the first time and they didnt return the call why would you not try again. Meanwhile 4 days later did anyone try again at least, Nope they rather a person drive 45 mins there wasting gas, tolls and time not only once but 3 different times. Then your excuse becomes you confused one patient with another becasue the same name. Biggest crock ever. way to many bs excuses all around. Dont bother asking for an office manager cause their never there to complain to. I have never in my life with all the appointments for many, Many different Drs have I seen such neglect to

I have been going to this dentist for a little over 7 years, which is before I even had children. Now, my husband and eldest goes here. My other child will be attending next year when he is three years old! Dr. Jugnu always has such a wonderful bedside manner with patience and is very thorough in his exams. The dental hygienist here are very nice and patient with my children. Today, there was a little issue on scheduling but the front desk cleared it up and we were able to be seen. I definitely advise you to make your appointments while you're at the office or to email them if you're unable to reach them by phone or the voicemail is full. I’m so glad that I got this doctor dentist Jugnu Dhamija , he is so nice, he has been my Dentist for over 2 yrs, he and his team always are polite and gentle and treat you like royalty, since you entry to the office the reception girls make you feel welcome, today my higiene cleaning teeth specialist 🦷 Tania , did a GREAT JOB , she very careful and with kindness.

This was a very nice place. The front office was set up nice with a good amount of space. The lady’s at the front desk when I went were very nice. The doctor is awesome and saw my girlfriend and I very quick. The hygienist we saw was Svitlana and she was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She would always make sure we were ok while she was cleaning and she gave us very valuable information. She was so knowledgeable I enjoyed it so much I made sure to reschedule my cleaning with the same hygienist. Affordable price and I didn’t have insurance - The Real Estate Artist
