UPDATE 2/1/25🩷 As someone who meticulously researches healthcare providers, I was initially concerned about the decline in the quality of office staff and doctors since COVID. However, choosing Dr. Arthur’s practice has been a refreshing and reassuring experience. From our first visit, we were warmly welcomed by Katie, whose honesty and dedication were evident. When we called on July 1st, 2024, the earliest available appointment was September 3rd, 2024. Katie assured us that she would notify us of any cancellations, and true to her word, we were seen in August 2024. I don’t know anyone who loves going to the dentist but I will gladly go here for as long as I can! Katie at the front desk is very kind and very good with insurance which can typically be the biggest pain. One of the hygienists, Kathy, is funny, sweet, and makes me feel relaxed. She is extremely knowledgeable and answers any question I have. Dr. Arthur has a great staff and I highly recommend going there!

I had to have two crowns started today, an appointment that was made a month ago. Unfortunately I had a family funeral being held today as well which started at 11. I couldn't reschedule, because of timing issues. I requested that if they could possibly finish me as soon as they could I would certainly appreciate it. The front desk made it possible to get my bill paid before I was finished so I could just get up and go as soon as I was finished. Dr. Arthur and Annmarie, his assistant, did an unbelievable job getting my procedure done in time, all the while doing what needed to be done to give me the best results possible. So happy to have found Dr. Arthur. The staff is so friendly from the time you call to your first appointment. Kelly was the assistant who really makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Arthur talks to you and helps you to relax before the dental procedures. The office is warm and friendly and will definitely start referring family members!
