Arthritis & Osteoporosis Treatment Center

Not a one time occurrence like a previous review., today was not good. I waited from 11:30 to 1:02 never seen the doctor and had to leave to make another appointment. No one bothered to talk to me or anyone else to say things were behind or why. I drive about 1.5 hours one way to see these people and this is a bad way to treat a patient! The new forced check in procedure takes a while and is horrible for the elderly who don’t use tech. Just not a good day and not good service at all.

Everytime I come here they are always behind schedule because they overbook patients. My appointment today was at 3:30 they came out at 4:30 saying it would be another 45 min. Update overall this place is good just gets a little upsetting when you have waited over an hour then someone comes out and says it will be another 45 min.

If I could rate this place a 10, I would. The staff are incredible. Always a smile and welcoming. They show incredible patience with the clients. Knowledgeable, holy cows, super knowledgeable but that doesn't mean they forget their bedside manners. Any questions are always answered in a way that I understand. Tbh, I am normally floored by how comfortable I am while I am there. I have been to plenty of doctors but there are only a few I truly enjoy. Dr K and staff are the best! I look forward to my visits because I feel like I am hanging out with friends. Truly, nothing but good things come from here. 😊

Dr K was the best. Since she left my condition has gotten worse daily. Things I use to do I can’t any more. I love nurse practitioner that has been treating me but I need to get better. I have asked to be scheduled with Dr Bagley but I can’t see him. I can asks for him to come in the room while I’m at my appointment if he’s not with a patient. I’m not doing that because that’s taking away from patients that’s scheduled with him. I’m hurting everyday, can’t go to the gym like I use to, barely walking because the pain in my feet is so bad. I know there has to be another rheumatologist that can help me. Working an 8 hour shift is very hard to do now. Dr K is truly missed and she really knew how to treat the pain.

Dr. K and her staff, particularly the Nursing Staff, are very professional, courteous, and always display genuine care and concern for your well being and health. Dr. K has definitely improved my condition, whereas, a previous RA Doctor told me there was nothing wrong and basically that I had "to deal with it". Dr. K ordered a series of tests and eventually developed a treatment plan which I am significantly better and mobile as opposed to before.... she is The Best!!!
