Good bedside manners , friendly , and offered alot of recommendations but not willing to do necessary test needed for a proper diagnosis but eventually did. And personality changed when I challenged his diagnosis/recommendation. I was advised to go to an orthopedic if still having issues.

Dr. Rasool was absolutely amazing, friendly, and incredibly informative. He has easily the friendliest and most efficient office staff as well! Dr. Rasool was able to quickly determine my issue was plantar fasciitis and suggested multiple things I could do to help improve it, sent me home with the perfect inserts, and gave me shoe suggestions moving forward to help prevent its recurrence. I couldn’t recommend a podiatrist more than Dr. Rasool!

My experience with Dr. Rassool was excellent, professional, and reassuring of a fast healing for my feet. He explained the healing process with a follow-up appointment. The receptionist was very great in the exchange of information.

This is the first time I used this doctor. I was using a different podiatrist but he had retired. I picked him because there were good reviews. I give him a 3.75 to 4 stars. He was friendly, knowledgeable. The office was clean. I had a late appointment was put on cancellation list, and the office called me back when one happen and I was able to get in sooner. I had several permanent ingrown taken out before. I had went to him because the great toe nail bed was tender on one side, not infected on one of the permanent ingrown that was taken out. I was advised to remove a small portion and went ahead with it. And made a follow up appointment in 4 weeks. The one thing I did not like was the cool spray before the injection. That hurt immediately when sprayed and that had never had happen to me

First time patient, got everything done and ready to rock super quick and was seen with a professional greeting and a solid explanation for each step of the way. Happily recommend!
