I had my cataracts removed and new lenses placed in December 2025. I see better than I've seen since I was a little child. I barely need reading glasses! Talk about being excited!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my eye surgery and subsequent visits. Every time I had an appointment, I was subjected to waiting times of over an hour before they even began the check-up. It was unacceptable. Sorry for waiting is not always an answer or an excuse when they consistently make their clients wait. During the surgery, I was made to wait for a staggering two hours before they finally called me in. To add to the frustration, they forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. As a result, I had to wait an additional two days before I could start using the prescribed medication. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable. I had refractive lens surgery done 4 months ago and couldn't be happier about how my results have been. The entire staff and Dr. Tendler were awesome to work with from the very 1st appointment to the last. Would defiantly recommend this surgery if you want to be able to get rid of your glasses. What an amazing experience. The entire staff was so great to work with. They took time to explain every step--prior to and during surgery and answer all my questions!
