Art of Dentistry: Lalitha Shankar DMD

The staff at the Art of Dentistry are extremely friendly and compassionate. Dr Shankar is not only kind, but she cares about her patients and does everything in her power to ensure that the patient feels no pain. I have been with this practice for over a decade and I would never want to go anywhere else. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Shankar and her team are great. I was scheduled for 4PM I arrived 30 minutes early and was taken in early. They are always smiling and happy to see each and every patient. They are honest about necessary procedures and don’t do more than what you need. Love it here will continue to use this office.

Approximately 5-6 years ago, Frank was involved in a possible medical billing scam. I know I’m late in writing this comment, but while talking to my spouse, we remembered the incident, so I thought, why not share my experience? At the time, I had recently arrived in the U.S. and was dealing with an issue with my dental bridge, which had been done in my home country. The dentist recommended breaking and redoing it. For billing, Frank insisted that we not use insurance, claiming that if I had another issue, the insurance would deny the request. He quoted a cash price that was $800–1000 higher than what the insurance would cover. We contacted the insurance company, explaining that we had paid a significant amount, as the dentist had advised. They informed us that this was a potential billing

I'm a recently new patient. today was my 2nd appointment and I have to say I feel very comfortable with this office to take care of my dental care. After a horrible dental experience at my pervious dental office,i was overwhelmed with anxiety about having to find a new office and start all over . but i knew i had to get started i arrived on time and an appointment that was scheduled for an hour and a half. i sat down and Dr. lalitha began to work her magic. To my amazement my anxiety just calmed right down and she asked a few times if i was doing ok and i truly was no anxiety or pain and it was only an hour ! i was literally shocked ! She told me i would need a second appointment which i didn't expect but its ok im so ready for it ! I already referred 2 friends .And I'm excited to see

One of the best dentist places in worcester, I have high anxiety with going to the dentist and they made me feel comfortable from the start and I highly appreciate it. They didn't make me feel ashamed, they listened and helped me in every way I'm so thankful and highly recommend!
