The lady at the front desk was very rude I do believe her name was amber she’s an older lady she was not nice at all when we were struggling to pay with cherry pay. She didn’t make it clear at all that you had to have a deposit of $67 when using it. She told us it would cover and made the appointment so when it came time to check out she was very rude had to give her my partners wallet and told us to figure it out I will not be returning to this vet or recommending it to anybody. She was very unclear, degrading and rude. Her attitude was if she had been working there a long time and just hated her job. Not welcoming at all. I’m very disappointed with the way we were treated by her they didn’t run any test on him at all just gave us 5 medications update Fish passed away a day after this vis

My cat quickly got sick and needed emergency care. Arrowhead was the only place open on Saturday. They let me bring him in immediately. They were honest and upfront about his condition. They explained that they could spend time trying to help him but sadly he probably wouldn’t make it. I explained that cost wasn’t a factor as long as he would have a good quality of life. In other words, they could charge me for all kinds of services that ultimately wouldn’t save him. They were more concerned about my cats welfare than the money. Compared to other. vets, the cost for the service provided was reasonable They were compassionate and kind. I am eternally grateful for them.

I absolutely love this vet office! The staff is always cheerful and incredibly helpful, and the veterinarians are phenomenal. The follow-up texts and calls are such a thoughtful touch. Considering how busy this clinic is, it's amazing that they take the time to personally reach out. Their dedication and care truly stand out!

My Yorkie got into some holiday candy on the Saturday before Christmas. I found Arrowhead Veterinary Clinic, called and was sitting in the waiting room within the hour. This group knows what they are doing and the clinic runs like a well oiled machine. The staff, everyone from the front desk to the Veterinarian was professional and personable. The cost was extremely reasonable.

My dog was experiencing a lot of throwing up. I took my dog to Arrowhead veterinarian clinic. They gave me a few recommendations and ever since that day of the recommendations were given.
