Arrowhead Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics

Arrowhead Children's Dentistry has been a wonderful place to take my kids for the last 2 years. The staff is amazing very professional and super friendly. My kids look forward to their dental visits because they help my kids feel comfortable every visit. Thank you Arrowhead Children's Dentistry for being the best!

Dr. Tim Wilson is amazing and was so good with my children. However Eric Rod is condescending, rude and very confrontational. He said i never confirmed my appointment and interupted me several times. He also made fun of my 18yr old Autistic son. I confirmed my appointment 2 times on Monday to make sure they had all the insurance information and we were good to go. The girl at the front Veronica, (I think) told me they decided to split up the surgery in 2 visits because they dont like the kiddos to stay sedated long in an office setting. Great! I missed a call from them that same day, immediately i called back she said, " don't worry it was possibly a confirmation call". OK I said is there anything else I need to do? No food or drink 8- 10 before the surgery under Anesthesia. The next da

Dr. Tim is absolutely FANTASTIC. After having a traumatic experience at another children’s pediatric dentist, we were referred to this office. Dr. Tim welcomed my son and helped him overcome his fear of the dentist, simply by being incredibly kind and welcoming. He would walk my son through each step of what he was doing inside his mouth and make sure he was comfortable. He always followed up after his appointment, and is incredibly kind. My mother is a dental hygienist and has worked with many Dentists. When I share with her the care we received from Dr. Tim, she was amazed! She reminded me that doctors simply do not treat patients this way anymore. He goes above and beyond and we are so grateful for him and his care for our family!

Our whole family loves this dentist how I wish I could go there as an adult. Our journey with arrowhead children’s dentistry &orthodontics started when my son who had previous dental work done at another dentistry, got an abscess, and I was able to get into the dentist the same day even though he wasn’t a prior patient. Dr Wilson is the best. He is super good with the kids and is really good at explaining things to me. The girls upfront are always so sweet and helpful. This is literally the dentist you wanna bring your children to!

Wow what an amazing pediatric facility. My son had an urgent matter that needed to be taken care of and they were able to get us in and taken care of with an hour as a new patient. (Not that I want to set any expectations). Every staff member was so kind and my kiddo, given the circumstances, had a great experience. They are now my son's new Dentist!
