Swapped to a premium-subscription for healthcare. Absoloutely ludicrous. They sold-out to a larger company, and told everyone that if they don't want to pay, they are no longer customers. This place was a decent place where the NP actually took time to talk to you, that's all it had going for it. Now I can't do that without paying an exorbitant premium? Your parent company SIGNATURE MD is a scummy money-first-customer-last organization that is a harbinger of bad omens. My family went to Dr. Hurst in 2011 but left quickly after realizing what a charlatan she was and well as her staff. She caters to women, especially young and pregnant women who need empathy and emotional support through a stress times. That is fine if she wants to pedal psychology, but her practice and website says she is a medical doctor, which she is not a very knowledgeable one. All of the staff at Arrow family medicine have been nothing but kind and helpful to me since I became a patient, and they work hard to make sure all of their patients are taken care of. When I called to let them know I was sick and wanted to be seen, they were able to get me in that day to see me!
