I waited three months for an appointment, just for them to cancel it on the same day, not even an hour before I was supposed to go in. Then I tried to reschedule, and they don't have an opening for another three months, so now, if the new appointment actually goes through, I will have waited six months for an appointment.

Dr. Kruse has been my dentist since I was a young child but here lately I have had nothing but negative experience, A lot of better than you attitude from him and the brunette receptionist. Don’t come here if you’re if you have Advantage, They are not shy from saying discriminatory comments and making you feel a certain way. I can’t even explain the feeling I felt when leaving, All because I couldn’t afford out of pocket expenses to get my wisdom teeth pulled and requested them to submit my referral for orthopedic surgery differently.

I had tried numerous Dentists in the area before Dr. Kruse. I can't say enough good things about his entire office. Competency is an issue with me and his office, hands down, is competent, compassionate, patient, and there is always a happy vibe. Dr. Kruse is very thorough, always kind and suggests helpful options with pros/cons on various dental procedures. I have and do recommend this dental office, especially for individuals, like me, who have had a difficult time in dental offices.

I was very pleased with the service we received at this dentist office. From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was incredibly friendly. I was very pleased with the way my kids were treated. The staff was all patient with them and made them feel really comfortable with being there. I don’t mind driving 40 minutes for their dental needs after receiving such great care.

Just a huge Thank You to everyone in this office. Over 4th of July week one of my grown sons had an infected tooth and was in immense pain. He had been trying to get into a dentist since coronavirus upended the whole world to get his dental work and cleaning up to date. Not ONE dentist was taking any appointments ...Fast forward to Jan 2023, still no one has anything available. Wont even make a future appointment for him. Won't return calls, run around on the phone and getting absolutely no where...so here we are 4th of July week now with an infected tooth and uncontrollable pain. I'll spare you the absolute week from HELL trying to get someone on the phone with any bit of compassion or not hang up on him. We finally got in the car and drove dentist to dentist...Thank Goodness for Corn
