Arnzen's Kamiah Drug

The store itself has a nice selection of miscellaneous things. Gifts, children's toys, pharmacy. The customer service is awful. No greeting, no thank you, no smile.....the experience of checking out should not be miserable.

The pharmacist here seems like such a kind person and i’m glad to have switched to them because pharmacies can be uncomfortable but I don’t think i’ll have that problem here 😊

I love the staff. I wish they had automatic refills or refill reminders but it's a small town pharmacy and technology would cause the expense to be passed on to the customer and they do a great job of keeping prices fair. I love looking around every time I go in. They have so many fun things. From Kamiah souvenirs, card, wrapping paper, wedding gifts, baby gifts and even earrings for fun and special occasions. My service dog loves the ladies at the front. She waits all month for her pharmacy treats.

The wife and I do all our medical business there. We are closer to the one in Cottonwood but we prefer the people and just the all around experience with Kamiah. The pharmacist is always pleasant and his assistants as well.

Pharmacists assistant? gal was medium built and lighter hair, my grams was rattled so cannot remember very well. Was between 3:20 and 3:30. My mom talked with her on the phone and she kept repeating my mom's name to interrupt and talk over the top her, very degrading and condescending. The dark haired lady that works there has always been nice.
