Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine

Went to this office for a check up on our daughter. We arrived with all of our insurance information and was advised by the office staff that they were within network and all we would need to pay is out copay. 3 weeks after our appointment we receive a call from the office to advise us that they were not within network and they were going to have to bill us directly. After attempting to get a hold of anyone at the office for 2 months finally received a call from Tiffany agreed they made a mistake but we are still responsible for this bill. Beware of this office. It is impossible to speak with anyone in the office. Dr Garcia was great but the office staff runs the office very ineffective. Save yourself a headache. Look else where.

Realmente não tenho do que reclamar todas as vezes fui bem atendida, quando meu inglês não estava bom sempre tinha alguém disposto a me ajudar, todos trataram bem meu bebê, as vezes eu ia com minha filha mais velha e ela tem autismo e as vezes ela estava agitada chorava muito, e todos tiveram muita empatia, me ajudaram deram atenção para ela enquanto eu falava com o médico e com o bebê, todos os médicos ali e enfermeiros me ajudam muito, toda vez que ligo sempre me ajudam, recomendo sem dúvidas, pois são todos interessados em ajudar a cuidar do paciente, e não estão lá só por um mero acaso. Que todos possam ter boas experiências como eu tive neste espaço
