Doctor seems nice but office is the worse. You can leave many messages to call you back, they will never return your call. They never answer directly, they just have a message center we’re you left your message but never return your calls. They said they take my insurance and my insurance even tho I told them that my insurance said they were out of network. I guess they just wanted to do the surgery for my son without caring if my insurance will cover. But just before they program the surgery my insurance called to let me know again that they won’t cover anything. After that I’ve try to call many times to the office to know if they do have any option and never got a call back. I am truly disappointed with this practice. Today, I called this office not sure who I spoke with but she was NOT pleasant. I just wanted to make an appointment for a second opinion for an MRI i had done from a different doctor. The Dr who ordered the test is not a neurologist, so like any other person I was curious by some things the other doctor said so I wanted a second opinion. vey simple. That was my reason, solely. Well, I was continuously questioned by the receptionist as to what was my reasoning for my appointment and i repeated my reason 4 times.
