Arlington VA Immediate Care

I had expected to wait a long time, both to register and be seen. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was taken back to register. After registering, my wait time was 5 minutes, which was great. Jennie was the nurse who helped me. She was very nice. I have no idea the length of time that I sat in my room waiting for the doctor, but it wasn't long. Right as I hopped off the table to check my phone, Dr. came in. He was thoughtful and efficient. Total time in and out was 30 minutes. If I ever need Urgent Care again, I'll return and hope the visit lives up to these newly set expectations.

It was a very pleasant experience. The front desk person had great customer service and checked me in quickly. One of the nurses came out to help me because I was feeling very uncomfortable. My Xray results came out quickly and I was out in about 30 minutes. The same visit to the hospital would have taken me hours and would have cost me more. Thank you VA Immediate care.

This is the worst urgent care I've ever been to hands down. It's already sketchy enough that they have you pay your co-pay before you've actually been seen (and have signs all over the place about payment). Once I was taken back the only vitals test they did was taking my temp, no weigh in, no blood pressure etc. I went in to get a rash looked at, the "Doctor" didn't actually look at the rash but rather asked if I had a picture he could look at. He refused to actually look at it and immediately made a diagnosis and ordered a blood test. No medication, no guidance on what to do. I was told my test results would come in within 2 days. 2 days pass and they hadn't called. Instead I called them and was placed on hold for 20 minutes before they could locate my test and then said it would take an

Terrible experience at this urgent care - I feel scammed. I checked in and gave my payment up front, then was taken to the back for my appointment. After the physician assistant took my vitals and had me complete a urine test, I was told that there was no doctor available to read the results and to just leave. I let them know that I would gladly wait for the doctor to be available (that's why I made an appointment at the urgent care - to see a doctor), and was told that there wasn't a doctor working at the facilities at all. The only person there was the single physician assistant. He had no idea how to read the results of my test, so I was given a piece of paper with the technical results and no explanation of what it meant. I was then told to just leave, without ever being seen by a doc

I had seen two urgent cares prior to this one for a very painful ear infection that had been getting worse for days. I did not want to go to another but was traveling and my ENT insisted I get checked again. This physician was wonderful! He diagnosed the problem right away and I was feeling better 12 hours later. I wish I had seen him the first time. First class care, thank you so much!
