I’ve been seeing Dr. Chu for over 15 years, and she is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She always gives you the time to explain your concerns and never rushes through an appointment. She is thorough, attentive, and makes sure you get all the necessary lab work and follow-ups you need. Her care and dedication are unmatched. I give her 1000+ marks without hesitation.

I am writing to express my concerns about how my appointment was handled today and to request clarification regarding the practice’s policies. When I arrived, I was informed that I would not be seen because I was seven minutes late. I was surprised by this, particularly as I have been a patient of this practice for more than ten years and have never encountered such a strict cutoff. Despite receiving multiple electronic reminders, none mentioned a new policy eliminating any grace period for late arrivals. Additionally, I called ahead to let the office know I was running slightly behind, and I was not advised at that time that I would need to reschedule. I have only the best memories of my over fifteen years as a patient with Arlington Primary Care, although I was sad when my doctor, Dr. Seiler retired. I am happy with my new doctor, Dr. Garza (very professional) and hope he is not leaving in June (perhaps a rumor - besides we both like listening to Dire Straits).
