I’ve had tooth pain for a long time and one visit fixed me up. The office is very clean and professional. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Amazing experience overall.

Interacting with the current hygienist assigned to me can feel adversarial. I always seem to leave feeling discouraged. While she appears to be concerned about the quality of her work -- there's an edginess, a dash of judgment that never fails to make something uncomfortable just that much more challenging. Such a bummer that Donna is gone from reception! She was a helpful, encouraging, sympathetic, skillful presence in a slightly weird, unpredictable environment. In the few years I've been going there, there appears to be a pretty high turnover rate for the hygienists.

I made an appointment for my non-English speaking 85yld mom at 1pm to check on her swollen cheek. I was told they had to move it to 2pm, which is totally fine. Dr. Gandhi Made her a full set of new dentures months ago, so she is not a new patient. My mom arrived at 1:40pm and called me, I spoke to the receptionist who asked mom to sit and wait until the doctor is ready. My mom called me again at 1:58pm while I was driving, stopped the car and called right back at 1:59pm, mom did not pick up. So, I thought everything went ok. Later, I called the office to talk to the doctor about my mom’s swollen cheek. Dr. Gandhi was really rude blaming me for dropping off my mom at their clinic knowing she does not speak English. My kids and i have been coming here for years. Jen, our hygienist, is amazing and great with understanding sensory issues and just generally concerns about being at the dentist. The front desk staff are great, and we love the dentists. Strongly recommend this practice, especially if dentist trips for your kids are a little scary!

I've been coming here for years (since Dr. Grossman was there!) and have a great experience every time. Dr. Gandhi is fantastic. She's extremely kind and thorough. The hygienists are personable and play great music while you're getting your teeth cleaned. All really wonderful people! Donna at the front desk is such a sweet and helpful person too. Overall a great team at this dental practice! I have no complaints and would gladly refer people here.
