I'm so thankful to have AAC in our town. They have been great to my family since we moved here. They were so kind helping us with our older GSD when we first got here. It meant the world that our vet knew about GSDs and didn't shy away from him. When we had to put him down, they made it bearable for us. They incredibly empathetic and really helped us make it through. With our new puppy, they have been great. We love that we can stop in for a quick weight check to make sure we're feeding him well. They have been great when he's gotten sick a few times, and I really appreciate that they go over a range of options, from the minimal steps up to the maximum. Very poor experience at Arlington Animal Clinic with Rebecka Bittner and staff. Our 10–14 week old puppy was being treated for an ear infection. Multiple appointments involved failed attempts to administer treatment due to rough handling and ineffective restraint. There were no efforts to make him more comfortable. No treats, no positive reinforcement, only repeated unsuccessful attempts that kept escalating the puppy’s fear. Even after we followed instructions to pre-medicate him, the treatment was not completed, and the veterinarian was not present for the follow-up visit. They never sent any informational emails as promised and didn't give him the vaccines he needed. Responsibility for any issues was repeatedly shifted by Rebecka Bittner onto the 14 week old puppy and our handling. I

Annie, the technician, was an absolute angel with my nervous orange boy, Chester! She was so incredibly sweet and patient with him, which I really appreciated. Seriously, you're the best! We’re so grateful for your kindness and care. Thank you so much! ❤️
