Arkle Veterinary Care

We are very pleased with the entire staff at Arkle and the attention that was given to our sweet kitty Neiko. He had only been out of the house once prior to this in his 14+ years and he was completely comfortable with everyone he came in contact with at Arkle. The staff was very clear on explaining the procedures that were to be performed and what needed to be done moving forward. We’re so glad we have found an extended family for our Neiko. Please extend our gratitude. P.S. He is feeling and acting a lot better and more like himself.

Spectacular customer experience! The techcians were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient with my nervous pet. The testing went smoothly, and we were out of the office in a timely manner. The young pup is now resting comfortably...

Our dogs Roxie and Rosie have been seeing Dr Rox for probably 10 years now. She is very thorough, her documentation is meticulous, and if she doesn’t know the answer she has many resources to get the right information. (We have had some very complicated issues.) Dr Rox makes safe and evidenced based recommendations. In 10 years there have been communication mistakes regarding appointment times/dates, prescription refills, etc but it’s only occasionally and at the end of the day we know that Dr Rox and the staff at Arkle really care about our babies. Any miscommunication was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Dr Rox has spent hours with us over the years making sure that we know how to take care of the pups. When we worked with a rescue and had to take our foster to another vet for price/
