ARKIM Primary Care Clinic

I recently visited Arkim primary and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionists greeted me with friendly smiles and were genuinely helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, ensuring that I felt taken care of right from the start. Dr. Kali Garcia Malpica was incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing me and thoroughly explained everything, which really put my mind at ease.

Moved here a couple years ago and it was hard to find a good primary until I came across ARKIM. It is 5 stars allll the way across the board from appointment availability, able to actually get ahold of the front desk and doctor with questions or unexpected emergencies. And best of all they do blood work in office!!! That alone would sell me but everything has been great over last couple years. I recommend them to everyone!

My search for finally finding a great primary care doctor has ended. The entire office staff is just wonderful. Dr. Kali is amazing, she takes her time to listen to you and treats you with compassion and respect. I have recommended her to my family, friends and even strangers.

I guess I will only be dreaming about having a good PCP because this office never answers the phone! I am by far annoyed and haven't even made an appointment yet. A few months ago, I called this place 5 times to make an appointment as I am self pay, and someone told me about this place being a little more affordable. No answer, and I never got a call back. I tried again and called probably about 6 times, and there was no answer. Someone called back this time, and I was with a patient. This girl called me back to back to back 4 times at the same time, like why... Maybe if they answered the phones, there would not be any need for chain calling. When I called back when I got a break, I left a detailed message for someone to call me after 4 pm. if possible because I was with patients. 1 week h

I want thank the entire staff how they handled our situation. The receptionist is kinds, polite and patient. Yes, sometimes the phone gets unanswered but rest assured that the office will call you back. Also, I have witnessed how they treat other patients with upmost respect. I hope the office continues to grow as they have the best customer service team.
