Dr. Hopp and Dr. Lucas are amazing. Experienced and kind. They listen and really care. I saw them as a child myself, and when I had my first son eight years ago I knew who would care for him. I’ll be sad when my children outgrow their care, and am so thankful to have had them in my corner during the tough times in motherhood.

I’m disappointed with the billing experience we had here. I had a small balance from our baby’s discharge and made consistent payments over several months. During my last attempts to pay the remaining, no one answered the phone and there is no online payment option. Despite making good-faith efforts, the account was sent to collections without any notice to me, even though I was actively trying to pay. This was extremely frustrating and feels very unfair, especially for such a minute balance. We will no longer be using this office, and I hope they improve their billing and communication so other families don’t experience the same issue.

We love all the doctors and nurses! Dr. Hopp really engages and answers all questions while educating. Great for kids with sensory needs!

Arkansas Pediatrics of Conway has been a huge blessing to us! We have seen multiple providers throughout the years and each one of them has been so kind, observant, and always answered my questions fully. My son is treated with respect and they know exactly how to get on his level. All providers and staff, especially Dr. Karen Baker and her nurse Holly, are very knowledgeable, prompt, straightforward, and pragmatic. When we call for an appointment one is always readily available and when we arrive the wait time is never long. When it comes to my child these things are very important. As for me and my family, we will always choose Arkansas Pediatrics of Conway!

We’ve received excellent care and love from multiple physicians and nurses at this clinic. I love that Dr. Baker asks my children questions directly. Dr. Baker explains questions that we have thoroughly, and never makes us feel rushed. She at this point, is like family. We love our nurse Holly! She’s the best in her field and loves BIG with all her heart. We feel very blessed to have our children at Arkansas Pediatrics!
