Arkansas Family Eyecare of Searcy

My first visit was awesome and I recommend the clinic to several people. However, after my experience on 2/20/2026 I will not recommend them to anyone. I called and left a message for their clinic manager and sent a email to their website. No one has reached out to me to discuss the terrible experience or their rude staff. The only conclusion I can draw from the lack of response, is that they condone this type of behavior from their staff. Big thumbs down 👎 for me!!!!

Dr. Crum is an outstanding optometrist. She takes the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure her patients feel comfortable and cared for. Her professionalism is matched by her kindness and compassion. She genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients’ well-being. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been going to Arkansas Family Eye Care in Searcy for the past 8 years, and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff is always so kind, professional, and helpful. Every visit is smooth, and they truly take the time to make sure you get the best care possible. It’s comforting to know you can trust your eye care team year after year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
