Staff is great but I’ve been sitting here over an hour. My last appointment was like this too. I don’t understand how you overbook yourself so badly.

Dr. Andress and his medical assistant are very kind. I have always been embarrassed of my feet. Even as a kid I never wore sandals or went barefoot. They never make me feel self conscious. It was a big step for me to come to their office. I'm glad I did. Thank you! Rachel Bates

If I could write a review with no stars I would. So I had to give it 1. First my appointment was at 2:30 and didn’t get to the exam room till 3:45. Spent just 3 minutes with the Dr. he asked if I wanted to schedule injections or have a prescription sent it and I asked for the prescription. Nothing was ever called in, he didn’t even make any notes on my chart for it. Had to argue with the front desk staff about my insurance as they was saying I owed $160 for the visit when it was just my $20 copay. I literally had to call my insurance and have my insurance explain how insurance works. I didn’t leave the clinic till 4:52 dealing with them. Canceled my follow up after I learned my prescription was t called in. Save yourself time and go somewhere else where they know what’s going on and take

I saw Dr Brian 3weeks ago his assistants were extremely nice and compassionate. Several X-rays were taken at that time then I had surgical report faxed from previous doctor to his office, meanwhile made a second appointment for the next week to go over op report and set a game plan from this point on I was ghosted from his office they were to schedule operation I left 3 messages and never heard back. I’m actually taking this as a sign which is a good thing if a doctor isn’t familiar or comfortable w/operating I would much rather be told I definitely don’t want to be a first patient for any type of procedure...just tell me on first visit don’t waste my time and $$$

I looked at reviews before visiting, please consider my review, do not go to this place for any foot treatments. they are overpriced and charged you for unnecessary services and items. They took unnecessary X-ray without knowing the problems or causes of your problems. The X-ray room in the bossier city office is so small, they have the seating chair behind a door. The doctor injected cortisone shots in feet for inflammation, three hours later, feet still had the same problems. The nurse indicated that the shots would be $150 per foot and I declined, she left the room after I declined, she came back and stated that she made a mistake and it was $150 for both foot. I accepted and received shots in my feet, left the office with a Bill of over $400 dollars. The next day I called the office
