Our Veterinarian until we moved to NJ. since I moved from this area to New Jersey, I miss this place more and more! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care and the kindness and compassion here from vets to front end staff! they really do care about you here and your pet is their pet ♡ and that's something in 2024 you really don't get ....it's more like you're lined up and waiting for your apt like a sheep to slaughter in NJ-we are rushed in and out and no one cares ...but not here ! highly recommended! WE MISS YOU AND THE QUALITY CARE WE RECEIVED HERE.

Called up and tried to make an appointment, and was told I couldn't because I hadn't been there in a few years and had went to another vet, not to mention that the woman on the phone was very nasty and rude. Ive spent alot of money at this place on my cats care, on previous visits..will DEFINITELY take my business elsewhere and also let my family members and neighbors know, who also bring their pets there, how theyre treating former clients these days..good riddance

My cat Philip had been a patient there and was being treated for liver issues and hyper thyroid. For a few days he was not eating and began losing weight. They were great until I really needed them. When I called to make an appointment I was told they were too busy and to take him somewhere else, which I did. This from the Vet who knew his issues, had records of his medications, weight history, etc. Sadly he passed away in August. Then today I receive a message from them wishing him a happy birthday with a wish for many more to come. If they had contacted me to find out how he was doing after telling me they could not see him they would have been advised he died and I wouldn’t be sending this message. Dr. Jones is my favorite vet in the world! She's kind, patient and so genuinely interested in how your animals are doing and their health. She loves to know that pets are being loved. She's wonderful with our two cats and two huskies!

I can't say enough good things about Ark ,Dr. Jones and staff Been taking all my 3 rotties there since 2012. Very professional and compassionate when tough decisions have to be made. Hands down 5☆, I mean 5 Barks;)
