Ark Animal Clinic truly cares — and that’s rare. In 2020, my cat Luna was hit by a car and suffered a clean break in her leg. I was quoted $900–$2,500 for surgery elsewhere. Ark stepped in and performed the surgery for well under $900. They saw how young she was and believed in her ability to heal. They gave her a chance — and that kind of compassion is priceless. Just this week, I brought in my 9-month-old cat, Pookie, who had never been around people or inside a vet’s office before. He was scared, but the staff was patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. I never felt pressured into extra services — only informed and supported. I trust them completely with my animals. That says everything.

Had my dog Lulu in for her annual exam and vaccinations. In the room where we sat to be seen 3 different people came in and none of them introduced themselves by name. None of them!! They came and got Lulu and took her to the back for her exam and vaccinations. Then a different person came in and told me they couldn’t get enough blood drawn from Lulu for one of the tests to be sent out to be tested so they would have to do it in house which would cost me more. Then they brought Lulu back in to where I was waiting and the actual vet came in, never introduced herself by name she just started in on Lulu being over weight and this went on for about 15 minutes. Then she said Lulu had a red bump under her front arm pit. I looked when we got home there was nothing to be seen!! Then she said Lulu

I can’t say enough good things about Ark Animal Clinic! They were able to get my dam, sire, and entire litter of puppies in the very next day, which was such a relief. The exams were thorough, the care was excellent, and the staff took time to explain everything clearly while making sure all my dogs were comfortable. The veterinarian and team are truly caring professionals who treat every animal as if it were their own. The facility is always spotless and welcoming, and their costs are very reasonable given the exceptional level of service. I also appreciate how easy they are to reach—multiple contact options make scheduling and follow-ups simple and convenient. It’s worth mentioning that I drive 45 minutes each way so Ark Animal Clinic can care for my five adult dogs and litters whenever

I just wanted to say God bless and thank you to all of the staff and doctors there. Brought my dog Leia there last week for the first time. We had just moved to the area and most places couldn't see her for at least a few weeks or so because she was a new patient, even though she was quite ill. They were able to get her in next day, and everyone was so kind, caring, and compassionate there. Come to find out my baby girl had cancer as well as probably a few other things going on. We had to put her down there yesterday unfortunately, but they so understanding helped explain everything. I cant recommend this place enough. We miss our Leia but at least she is no no more pain.

New clients and last minute ones at that. We got a 4 PM, but since we were there with our dogs, Tina, who was super sweet and friendly, tried to see if she could squeeze us in right then. Even though she couldn’t, I appreciated the effort greatly. Jasmine, our tech, was patient and lovely even though our dogs are a little spooky around strangers. She handled them perfectly, as did Dr. Little. My favorite thing about the doctor was that she led with not immediately going to prescribing meds/vaccines before their time. She was definitely on the same page as our NY vet, especially given our breed and their sensitivities. Dr. Little was professional and reassuring and we left feeling better about what Nathan was experiencing. Thank you to everyone at Ark!
