Been seeing Dr James Reade and his group for little more than a year and it works! I have arthritis and with all the sports I played when I was younger I was in pretty bad shape. When I first started with Dr. Reade it was hard to walk and do regular activities for more than a few minutes at a time. After seeing Dr Reade consistently and getting their recommended orthopedic inserts in my shoes I’m feeling better than ever and able to walk a few miles again and just keep improving, one day I will be back on the basketball court! I love when patients to Dr. Reade share their story. I went to Dr. Reade November 7, 2023 over a car accident. Prior to the accident I never ever got sick. Very healthy with perfect bloodwork and yearly wellness check ups were good as well. My spine was very much in alignment. After the accident I absolutely was a mess. I highly recommend Dr. Reade with Arizona Family Health Center. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and professional. The office is very clean and comfortable. Dr. Reade is extremely knowledgeable not only in the practice of chiropractic, but also in functional medicine. I came to Dr. Reade with severe lower back pain, tight and painful hips. He was able to adjust my alignment correctly. However with the correct alignment, I was still experiencing some tightness and pain in the hips. Digging into his functional medicine knowledge, Dr. Reade was able to give me some suggestions, such as a gluten sensitivity could be contributing to inflammation in my hip joints. I have been very skeptical of chiropractors forever. Due to constant hip pain, I decided to give it a try again. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Reade. I really started to feel some relief after my third visit and it’s improved week over week. I also feel the ultrasound, electrotherapy with heat and cold packs have made a huge difference. l haven’t been pain-free like this in years.

I saw Dr. Reade because I was experiencing back spasms. He treated the problems, gave me suggestions as how to avoid the spasms in the future. When he felt he had done all he could for me, he no longer needed to see me. He told me to return when I felt I needed to! No long term contracts, no “upselling.” Just good chiropractic care!
