I first saw Dr. Mokhashi two years ago, and what stood out immediately was how well he listens. As both a patient and a nurse, that means a great deal to me. I recently returned due to ongoing medical issues that have persisted over the last two years — not due to any fault of his, but simply because my body hasn’t responded well to certain medications. This time, I initially saw NP Tilley, and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, thorough, and had a wonderful bedside manner. She quickly ordered the appropriate tests, and I later had my procedure done with Dr. Mokhashi. Dr. Mokhashi continues to demonstrate the same compassionate bedside manner and genuine dedication to helping me find relief and improve my quality of life. I have never been treated so poorly as a vulnerable, uninformed patient. Do not go here. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done and was never informed on my results (some of which included an actual precancerous polyp which seems time-sensitive) in a timely or appropriate manner. All I got was an appointment I couldn't make but one that they pushed me to schedule firmly so they could get my cancellation fee, and then when I heard nothing from the doctor's office after calls and messages in the portal about my treatment plan or results, I had my bill sent to collections. I cannot urge you to find somewhere else for your care more strongly. They do not view patients here as people; they view them as dispensers of money.

I would like to sincerely commend Dr. Mahesh S. Mokhashi, M.D., whom I consider to be an outstanding physician and an exceptional professional. He truly cares about his patients, takes the time to explain everything in great detail, answers questions patiently, and demonstrates an impressive level of expertise. Being under his care provides a great sense of confidence and reassurance. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic management and the billing department was the complete opposite. I was charged $200 for two appointments I was unable to attend, and there was no consideration, empathy, or flexibility shown toward me as a patient. Front desk lady was nice, intake Nurse was rude and clearly unhappy with her job. Rude from the get go, didn't listen, and then shamed the patient I brought in for a procedure for having to use the restroom before. Granted they make you drink a bunch of stuff to clear out your intestines, so being mad at your patience for having to use the restroom is unacceptable.

I am so impressed with this practice. I am a new patient, so this review is for that visit. I am scheduled for an endoscopy and a colonoscopy, so those reviews will come later. I had a long appointment - almost 45 minutes - Stephanie Tilley FNP-C amazed me (really) with the level of attention she gave me during this visit. She was very thorough and obviously invested in making decisions on how to best help me. This may be a small thing, but she even took the time to make sure my current meds didn’t interact negatively with the ones. She set up a time line for when to take what. Seriously people, I am 76 and not one doctor I have seen has ever done that for me. So yeah, this place is really good and everyone I encountered on this first appointment was super nice and welcoming.
