Arizona Desert Dermatology and Surgery

Dr. Nathan is a great Doctor and coached my son in soccer. I have seen him a few times over the years in his office and have always had a great experience. Now the lady that answers the phone tell me they will not see me because I have ACCCS which I am fully aware they don't accept. I have always paid them cash for my visits because I trust them more than the other dermatologists in town since and I have had melanoma and they know my history. I hope this review reaches Dr. Nathan. What sad day for medicine in Kingman, AZ.

After 2 appoints, and paying 2 co-pays - NOTHING was done for what I needed! Annika's assistants do not call you back and you always get their voicemail! Is this how they do business here? Horrible and would not recommend going here. They left me hanging for over a month to get a prescription that I need for a auto-immune disease that I have, going somewhere else thank you!

Had a great visit today with Dr. Warren. Took care of my issue on the first visit. Quick and easy with minimal wait time. I wish I would of came in sooner. Thank you Arizona Desert Dermatology.

Caring, compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable are only a few of the many adjectives that can be used to describe Dr. Nathan Peterson. My husband and I have been patients of his for several years, and he always takes the time to fully observe any dermatology conditions we have, and also listens intently to our concerns. He is truly outstanding in his field. His entire staff are friendly and helpful. Recently, I met his office assistant, Jackie, and she showed above and beyond extraordinary care and compassion.

So disappointed in what I experienced. This is not the same practice Dr. Don Anderson built. Sadly not the same ideals of professionalism from when I worked here. Dr. Anderson was so amazing and shaking your hand was important to him. I moved back to Kingman from Phoenix. I was needing my 6 month cancer check. When I made my appointment I told them I was there for a 6 month cancer check, I have had 5 skin surgically removed or treated with topical chemotherapy. Skin cancer checks are a FULL body exam. If a dermatologist doesn’t look at your feet go somewhere else. The MA didn’t put me in a gown. I had to ask her. Then Dr. Peterson looked at my scalp (site of 3) and my cheek. and above ear. But he didn’t do a full body exam. I will be going go back to my dermatologist in Phoenix.
