Dr Lim is an exceptional Doctor who really cares about his patients. I feel so blessed to have him as my Doctor. He spends time with me and really listens to me. He takes the time to explain all my lab and test results so I understand them. He answers all of my questions no matter how silly they may be. He has such an outstanding bedside manner and is always smiling. His Staff is absolutely wonderful and they take excellent care of me, especially the Infusion Department. I highly recommend choosing Dr. Lim if you are in need of a Rheumatologist.

I had a very disappointing experience at this rheumatology office in San Tan Valley. I called ahead to let them know I would be a little late due to traffic, and the staff member on the phone told me it was fine to come in at 3:00 p.m. I arrived at 3:04 p.m., only four minutes later, and was denied my appointment on the spot after waiting nearly two months to be seen. The office manager, Denise, was extremely rude and showed no empathy or understanding of the situation. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she coldly told me I would need to reschedule. After I went through the process of making a new appointment, she then threatened to cancel my future appointment as well, claiming it was because I was “late” — even though I had been told over the phone that arriving at 3:00 was a

Excellent visit with Anna Ruiz-Parga. Very professional, thorough, kind and attentive. She listened closely to my questions, and answered them. I did not feel rushed. Very impressed.

I was recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and started on methotrexate. I began developing a rash and some hives and called the on-call doctor line to figure out what to do (it wasn't anaphylactic, but clearly a concerning symptom) and never got a call back. They sent a message to the on call doctor twice and nothing. I called back during office hours and was told I would receive an immediate call back. Still nothing. There is no way for me to speak to someone other than an answering service. How is this appropriate medical care? Update: I got a hold of someone (their non-urgent line) and was told I have to wait 24-48 hours for a response and was told "I am not the only patient nor the only patient having an emergency and need have have some patience."
