I had an excellent experience at Arista Dental In the Astoria Office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The front desk team is friendly and organized, and the office is clean, modern, and well run. Dr. Espinosa, Liney and her assistant Elite, provided exceptional care and make every visit comfortable and reassuring. They are incredibly professional—thorough, gentle, and great at explaining every step so you always know what’s happening. They take their time, answer questions patiently, and genuinely care about your comfort and dental health. It’s rare to find an office that combines skill, kindness, and efficiency this well. They’re truly on point — they always call, send reminders, and make sure you never miss an appointment. The whole team is professional, organized, and welcoming. I absolutely love Dr. Espinoza — knowledgeable, caring, and always makes you feel comfortable. I’ve had many cleanings here with Niki, and she’s amazing. I’ve also seen Dr. Lama, who is wonderful as well. Ana frontdesk is fantastic..love her, Karina is great, and the front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I had a wonderful experience getting my cleaning done. The staff was incredibly helpful from when I signed into the computers to when I was seen for my cleaning and emergency checkup. I was afraid I was developing cavities, but they ensured me it was a stain, and suggested many solutions to avoid further staining. The staff overall is kind and eager to help patients. Doctor Espinosa is a great dentist and I trust her with my dental care. I also greatly appreciate how quick they allowed me to schedule an emergency appointment to check on the cavities I assumed I developed. I was seen within 3 days despite cancelling and rescheduling for January before that. I was seen December 17. They are ready to help, and wholly flexible. I’m very grateful!

I went to Arista dental for a second opinion. I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Thomas took my case and provided me with great treatment. He also saved a front tooth that I didn't think was possible.
