Dr shahzad only does Telemedicine and relies upon a nurse to assess the area of pain while he tries to see what areas you’re talking about over video. He had me get blood wk done and when it came back normal he basically told me he didn’t know what was wrong and that there was nothing he could do. I explained that my blood wk has come back with different results from different places. He assured me that I was fine. I felt like he didn’t care to look deeper into it what was going on with me. Not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend him.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Shahzad to anyone. Well, first you would actually have to see him. You will make an appointment only to go in, be put in an exam room with a big screen TV and have a tele-health visit with him. This is the only way he sees patients which is odd for a variety of reasons. 1- rheumatologists need to do physical exams including joint checks, trigger points, nerve exams as well as the bare minimum-listening to your heart/lungs. 2- there's no telling if he is even in state, let alone this clinic. I have a serious autoimmune disorder and if I needed hospitalization, I doubt he would even know since he isn't there and I doubt he has any way to admit to any local hospital. 3- why am I coming into an office just to see him on a TV? I could do that at home but I am guessing h

I wouldn't recommend going here if you don't want a exam, it's very odd seeing a rheumatologist for the first time though a big tv ....? No exams done , no nothing. I did get medication that I wanted to try because I've done my research on them and my conditions. I thought by coming here I'd get a better understanding of my conditions but I was sadly mistaken. Being a hospital, you'd expect to actually see someone in person, not on tv. I wouldn't recommend anyone to see him , the staff though was amazing 😁

Doesn’t have my TWO YEARS of prior rheumatologist records. Said I didn’t have something I have been treated for two years with. Was worse than Tommie Simon. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. A RHEUMATOLOGIST OVER VIDEO IS THE BIGGEST JOKE IN HISTORY…. No punch line.
