Extremely Disappointed and Concerned I am deeply disappointed with the experience my family had at today's annual wellness visit for my three teenagers. As a family that values faith and integrity, what was meant to be a routine checkup became a deeply upsetting and intrusive encounter for all of us. First, we were surprised to find that the mandatory questionnaire asks our children very personal questions about depression, drug use, alcohol, and anxiety—without prior discussion or consent from me as their parent. And our insurance is charged for this as well. As a Christian family, we guide our children in these matters with care and discernment, and we felt that this was an overstep into our family’s values and approach to raising our children. My child has been a patient at this office since she was a newborn, and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received. Dora is absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff consistently provides exceptional service. The office is always clean and well-organized, and I appreciate that they have air purifiers in every room, including the waiting area. During peak flu season, wait times may be longer than usual due to the high volume of patients, but the office staff does an outstanding job of keeping things running smoothly. I believe that any negative reviews stem from a lack of patience, as the wait times are typical for this time of year with various viruses circulating. If you're considering this pediatrician for your child, rest assured they will receive excellent care here!

I have been taking my kids to this mission location since my oldest was an newborn , she is about to be 3 next week. Absolutely love it here. I see Ms. Nayeli Martinez for most of my kids appts and when she isn't available I go with Ms. Dora Velasquez. They are both excellent providers. My kids love both of them. I recommend this place to all my friends with kids. Wait time is understand and front staff Neredia and Allison are beyond amazing when it comes to last minute same day appts for my girls. As an working mom , they alway try their best to accommodate my girls and I in with my work schedule. As per edinburg clinic , they are good but front staff still needs work. I normally go as last patient there and check in staff needs work but the girl on the way out that is always alone is ver

Ms. Dora Velasquez is an excellent practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and is always so gentle with our baby. Great staff. Wait times are reasonable in my experience - much better than other offices. If we ever move, I would make the drive to keep our appointments here.

Dr Argenal is the best pediatrician in the Valley!!! He provides excellent care with the latest of medical knowledge. With the caring and compassion that you don't find anymore in healthcare. I cannot say with words how thankful we are to have him, and his wonderful team.
