After 9 years of my families loyalty I am finally finding another pediatrician. Their billing is very inconsistent. There’s always a balance or credit. I recommend everyone pay attention to their billing. They wanted me to pay a co pay on a wellness visit for a referral I never received for my son. They also couldn’t see my son until my $25 balance was paid. There’s more but this did it for me.

I called this doctor’ office to set up an appointment ASAP because my son had a fever. I spoke to them twice, once to set up the appointment, and a second for Insurance verification/confirmation. The day of the appointment, I showed up, went through the motions and as we’re wrapping up the appointment, I asked the nice lady (which I assumed to be a Dr) are you gonna be my son‘s doctor from now on since we’re new to town and we’re looking for a new pediatrician? and she said “I’m not a doctor“ then I said wait a minute where is the doctor and she said there are no doctors anywhere in the whole building ! what do you mean there are no doctors? I said and then she said “oh I can do everything a doctor can do.” And I said that that’s not the point no one informed me that there was not gonna be

Great care has consistently been provided at Argenal Pediatrics over the past two years. My daughter has been seen by both Dr. Argenal and Dr. Rostenberg—both of whom have been professional, polite, and truly attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The office is always clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate and the wait times are not excruciatingly long. I’ve also noticed a recent change in the front desk staff, and the improvement has been noticeable—they’re more organized, efficient, and welcoming now. Overall, I highly recommend Argenal Pediatrics to any parent looking for reliable, compassionate care for their child.

After 13 years, we are finally leaving Argenal Pediatrics. To be honest, we should have left years ago, once Dr Wells left, but we stayed, as we were impressed with Joaquin and later with Dr. Rostenberg, who is so knowledgeable and caring. In those 13 years, it has never taken less than an hour to be there. In those 13 years, I have also never seen the waiting area be cleaned or sanitized, even/especially the area for sick kids (although it's an open waiting area). And in those 13 years, I have taken my children and have had to go back for vaccinations or treatments because they "run out", but of course don't mention this before the appointment. I am going to have to change pediatricians. One doctor was very rude during Covid, Dora, and now a second, Nayelli Martinez. Instead of listening to my concerns she was judgemental and rude. Tired of this treatment there and my poor child left feeling confused as well.
