Absolutely love this Office. Dr. Arena and his staff are lovely and straight forward. Absolutely NO NONSENSE. He asks what he needs, answered all my questions. Other Drs I feel like it’s a chess game where it’s me vs them. But Dr. Arena is always in my corner. I would call try to get an appointment with another doctor and it’s a bunch of robot calls, transfers, and then I would have to explain my situation 3 times to 3 people before I can even get a slot. Dr.Arena, I called their office and 2 minutes later I’m in the door. Will continue care until my last breath.
