Ardmore Family Practice PA

I have been with Ardmore Family Practice over twenty plus years. Yes the front staff have been challenging. Yes at times Donna does seem like she doesn't want to be there. Yes at times the other workers (other than Sharon) seems like there are there just to get a paycheck. I welcome having a great customer experience to front staff. You never know what someone is feeling when they walk in at the desk. My suggestion is to show empathy, compassion and concern. What if you had to go the the Dr. office I'm sure you would want to be treated with care, concern, and love. As much as I come into Ardmore they should know my name by now. That's great Customer Service! Through it all there has been a little improvement with Donna. Although the front staff may have challenging moments ,Dr. Sapp is on

Great staff-Didnt go to drs for years because of how they made me feel like a number-rushed through a visit, didnt ask probing questions, didnt take what I said was going on or how I felt in to consideration. Dr Susan Dipert-Scott takes time and really listens/cares about you. I am beyond happy with the care I receive from her. The nurses could be a little more friendly, but the rest of the staff is great and make you feel welcome from check in to out the door.

Best plug in Winston, highly recommend if you’re looking to get prescribed Oxycodone, Opana and Clonazepam long term. Like, ten years, no questions asked, long term. Right up until you pass away, a day after picking up your prescription from Dr. Rosen himself. (Even though he’s seen the affects it’s had on your health long term) Cannot be sarcastic enough when I say they really care about their patients.

I love the staff here, they are so caring and are fast to help and answer any questions! Also Lena is on top of your insurance needs. I love Dr. Smith! She is just the Dr. you needs for all your medical concerns!

My husband's medical doctor passed away unexpectedly. He completed new patient paperwork at Ardmore Family Practice and they would not accept him - reason, he was not a "good fit" for their practice. Thank goodness we learned upfront how unprofessional they are - incredibly RUDE! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a medical doctor.
