The office was very busy, but the staff was still kind, helpful, and professional. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we were taken care of. We really appreciated their patience and care.

I have had the best experience at this dental office. From the moment we walked in to the service received everything is top tier. I actually changed my entire family to this office based on my experience!!!

1 hour wait past appointment. People running the front desk/reception office are confused and poorly trained. Making mistakes left and right. I was told that they would make me an appointment for secret river dental "their sister company". I waited 1 month for an appointment that was never made. Come to find out Secret River Dental claims these offices are not connected or affiliated in anyway, and that no appointment was made. Ive been to a lot of dental offices in my 28 years. Never go hear. They reffered everyone in line to go too Secret River Dental... might as well just call them directly. Dont waste your time here.

This is one of the best dental places I have ever been too! The staff is super kind, the service was fast, and we were given water in the waiting room. The receptionists were extremely welcoming, Ashley was willing to answer any questions I had and was very friendly. In the back, Vanessa and Dakota were considerate, easy to talk to, and made it a comfortable place to be at. If you are looking for a new dental office I cannot recommend this place enough!

I’ve been coming to this office for about two years for OS and GP services and I’ve always liked the dentists here. They were the main reason I’ve stayed. But I’ve been having a hard time with their call center. The hold time is usually around ten minutes, and most of the time it just ends in voicemail. The last time they returned my call, it was 7pm at evening!! Whenever I am speaking to them over the phone, they sound impatient with no empathy for what you are going through. I will be changing my office.
