Harley was my dental hygienist for my visit and I absolutely loved her care, customer service, and knowledgeable insight. She made sure I felt heard and gave me comfort through my appointment and knowing what to do in between visits. I’ve been coming here since 2023 and this has been my best experience, I will definitely be seeing her everytime I come back.

Qi (hygienist), Dr. Berci, and the whole team at Arden Modern Dentistry are amazing. This is coming from a patient who has intense fear of anything teeth and gums. I have been with them for at least over 5 years. They are compassionate, but direct, and straight to the point. They’ll tell you what’s what in a gentle and kind way but honest. I do love how they celebrate your progress and your little victories. Thank you! I have not felt this good about my oral hygiene in years. I appreciate you all working with me..❤️

I usually have a great experience here, but my most recent appointment was less so. The reception staff (Kanesha) are excellent, especially with regard to scheduling and reviewing insurance coverage. Hygienist Qi and Dr Berci spent very little time with me - Dr Berci mentioned Qi following up with me after she left regarding flossing, etc., but I was soon ushered out and never saw either of them again. Was there for a cleaning but they didn’t end up doing one. Overall a much more disappointing appointment; very poor follow-up and communication regarding my treatment plan and its timing.

As usual, excellent service. We are senior patients, and my spouse has several issues that make dental treatments difficult for Dr. Berci and her assistants. But the staff is always courteous and compassionate about my spouse's issues. My own experience has been excellent as well. We really appreciate the concern shown at this dental practice. I have no clue how this dentist rating is 4🌟 I was very disappointed the way they gave me the run arounds. I am 73 yrs old on a fix income. They said will work with me financially all need to do is put $400.00 down today to start impression and will bill me $1025 which is ok. I did have the impression for my dentures. Keep in mind this was the only dental treatment I had. No cleaning . They scheduled my extraction for removal of 13 of my teeth. I was so delighted bc I be able to smile again and wear lipstick. I was so so happy. By the way, I received email from them if you give $30.00 to charity they will deduct $100 from my bill. It was never done. Took my money anyway. I personally asked about it and they just said we will do so. If you ask me this is really shady business. Then on 7/
