Dr. Jake has truly transformed this chiropractic clinic! The facility has seen impressive upgrades. In addition to the fantastic equipment already available, he is also introducing new chiropractic tools to enhance patient care. Overall, he is an exceptional chiropractor who genuinely listens to your concerns and prioritizes his patients' well-being. I've been seeing him for a couple of years now and have every intention of continuing my care with him!

Dr. Dana has been imperative in my recovery. When I first went to arctic chiropractic for physical therapy I was only able to walk using a walker. In only a couple months time, I am basically walking freely again. Dr. Dana’s positive attitude, uplifting spirit, and willingness to help have made this process 100x more bearable and I am excited to go back for an appointment each time. The front waiting room was calm, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very pleasant and courteous with genuine concern. Dr Dana was very attentive and thorough in discussing my pains and issues as well as communicating and discussing with me a course of action and resolve. I am so thankful for all the staff at Arctic Chiropractic and Physical Therapy (Lake Otis office). The front office is friendly, professional and always willing to make my schedule what I need. The therapists have helped me increase my range of motion after an intensive cervical fusion. I know there is still lots to do on my road to recovery and they are giving me the skills to be successful. All the staff have been greatly sensitive to my needs. I would like to single out Rihannoa, a wonderful massage therapist, for the special adaptations she makes to help me each session. The whole office is welcoming and supportive and I will refer my friends and family in the future.
