Dr. Sara is such an incredible PT and I am so grateful for all her help! She radiates joy and you know she loves what she does. She truly listens to you and works to make you feel the best you can after all the hard, difficult things your body does while pregnant and postpartum. You won’t regret working with a pelvic floor PT, it is definitely worth it!

Sara is an absolute gem and worked wonders. After four C-sections and a range of lingering pelvic floor issues, she helped me heal gracefully and effectively; all without added pain. She is truly an expert in her field with the most genuine, compassionate bedside manner. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Sara MacMillan has worked alongside me since my motherhood journey began years ago. Dr. Sara is truly spectacular! She truly gave me my life back after my second pregnancy and c section. My pelvic floor was so tight after two c sections and I had no idea that was causing all of my issues. Dr. Sara clearly and simply explained my issues and was so informative and encouraging that I was truly amazed how great I felt just after a few sessions with her!
