Poor services I just came in to drop a package. I asked the lady in front where was OK to meet to drop off the package? She showed me where but I needed to take multiple pictures. She got upset. She took the package and threw it behind her desk. All mad about it like really this is the people you kinda hire here just sitting down on desk. Don’t wanna do anything but be on their phones.

My mother has been here for a year i absolutely hate it. I’ve been trying to get her out of here and they will not return my calls, i ask to speak with someone and they never come. I hate it. It not safe or healthy for anyone to live how these people live. The bathroom are horrible, it smells like urine in here every time i come.

This place is horrible I wouldn't leave a rock there because it will be mistreated so that tells how terrible this place is the staff is rude and shows no respect to anyone. The first day I took my love one there we had to ask where was his room which we were directed to the 2nd floor which looked and smelled like a 1970 tavern with loud music playing and nurses all over the desk who all started to say who were we and there wasn't a room for him but I decided not to leave him there anyway. I know people don't have any place to go but please don't go there take your chance and live outside. You will be safer. Oh it gets better when my family and I return back down stairs the Social Worker told he has a room for him on the first floor so we followed him to the room but I didn't want too but

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the negligence at this nursing home. My mother-in-law, who was admitted in stable condition, has now become almost unrecognizable due to severe weight loss. It is alarming to see how drastically her health has deteriorated under their care. This dramatic change in her appearance has caused us great distress, and we are left questioning the quality of care she is receiving. Communication with the nursing home has been consistently terrible. Reaching someone on the phone feels nearly impossible, and when we do manage to get through, updates on my mother-in-law’s condition are either vague or nonexistent. We are constantly left in the dark about her well-being, which is unacceptable for a facility entrusted with
