I just had the best dental experience of my life! Just moved to IL, and this was my first visit to establish care. I received a maintenance cleaning to keep me on track after a previous deep clean a year ago, & was put on a maintenance schedule to establish a baseline & stay in good shape. The dentist was friendly & informative, she was thorough about my oral health, & the staff were also friendly & communicated well at every step of the process. I've never had such a pleasant experience in terms of physical comfort during cleanings. Usually I'm having to stop the cleaning a ton, feeling like I'm drowning/going to choke, but not today! 😂 The dentist & tech worked skillfully together & it really shows that they know what they're doing & are anticipating the needs of the patient. Extremely bad experience last week. Last Monday 15th. Went for exam. Set for 2 teeth extractions and a partial. As am semi retired health insurance agent and has had other dental done on same insurance. I was told an outright lie. My partial would cost over $2000 and I'd have to pay $544 out of pocket. Naturally the dentist never says it to you. The send the assistants with the letter. Upon arrival I spoke about what I was trying to get ASAP to clear an upcoming surgery. Also that I am a semi retired Health Insurance agent. Still they chose to lie. 2 year ago I got an entire upper denture, 1 tooth extracted without paying one dime out of pocket with the same insurance. On Tuesday 7/22/25 went for a deep cleaning and filling 2 days later the filling came out, I am immediately called the dentist wasn’t there only Monday - Wednesday the receptionist wanted me to make an appointment for Monday or keep Tuesday for the left side to be deep cleaned. I called my insurance company to stopped payment. Worst experience ever lack of Professional work on her part and it stated board certified by whom. No type of bonding just put it up there like a piece of Play-Doh!

I just want you to thank the team here for their efficiency and professionalism. I work with Youth in Care and needed some last minute appointments and they were able to squeeze them in either same day or next day. The team was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to catch all of them up on dental exams and receive treatment immediately.

This dentist office has changed for the worst ever since doctor badder retired,. Some of the staff is unprofessional and has bad terribly customer service. Because some of the doctors that work there let them get away with it because some of the doctors have the same attitudes which is terrible the female dentist with the nose piercing who is younger is very unprofessional, and rude. I have already reported them and will be contacting the better business bureau. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years ever since doctor , Dr. Bader retired this office has changed.
