Medical care and ER staff on point. I did find it a little troubling that the patients have no pillows. A bit of comfort helps. The housekeeping is a bit under par. No soap available for hand washing in patient rooms. Which should be paramount considering how important hand washing is to prevent cross contamination. The two available bathrooms in the ER and the ER waiting area were both disgusting. Urine all over the seats and floors. Sad.

Service is very slow.. alot of nurses and Dr. Just sitting around laughing and talking when waiting room is full and no one being called ... need do better mitchell county... bad hospital

I have been well taken care of by all the staff on the 2nd floor. They are so kind and great at their job. The kitchen staff was also very nice and helpful. They all deserve a reward for a job well done. I will truly miss everyone .I would also like to thank Jane, my wound vac therapist for being patience and kind to me. I just want to say thank you all for all the support and kindness you all showed to me.

The doctor's are great with patients. They take time to listen and answer questions. The nursing staff are awesome. So caring and professional but will go out of their way to accommodate you. I cant say enough about them. The food. Well it was awful

I thought check in was too slow. It took fourtyfive minutes for lady to check my husband in for a sonogram appointment. Noone was ahead of us and only one other lady came during those fourty five minutes for a CT scan appointment. It did not take her very long to check her in. I noticed she was just sitting there much of the time doing nothing. She did not seem to be interested in her job. It was very slow. Sonogram lady did her job well. It was a long afternoon for my husband and his being sick
