If I could give this a ZERO star I would. They will put you on an "on call" basis if you miss one appointment even when you CALL AHEAD and cancel it. So if you are sick you better show up to your appointment!
Lost my glasses. Had me in for a new exam and had my new glasses within 3 days. Now that's service!!! Also have all the tools and services available that any large office in a big city would have in our small community of Archbold which is a great blessing to our small community to have these services available to us locally. And Dr Emch is not just a great doctor but a great person!
