I had a wonderful 10/10 experience at Arch Dental Implants & Oral Surgery. I came in for a tooth extraction, and Dr. Austin Daly was incredibly professional, kind, and did a stellar job extracting the tooth. His assistant truly made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The office itself is spotless, and the waiting room is so nicely decorated that it makes you feel right at home. From the friendly office staff who answered all my questions to the clinical care, everything was top-notch. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I recently had four wisdom teeth removed at Arch Dental and I wanted to share my positive experience. I was extremely anxious before the surgery due to stories I had heard, from friends, about post-operative pain and swelling; however, that was not my experience at all. The staff were amazing from the beginning, consistently assuring me that everything would be fine. Dr. Daly was also exceptional; he listened to my concerns and helped ease my worries. The procedure was completed in only 20 minutes and his work was excellent. I had zero pain in the days following the procedure. Only a minimal amount of pain on day 2 and that was actually because I had forgotten to take my dose of ibuprofen. I highly recommend Dr. Daly and this practice to anyone. I did a lot of research before booking a consult for wisdom teeth removal, and this was the practice I went with. The initial consult was quick and easy. I had Dr Daly who listened to my concerns and let me know what to expect. I got my quote from the front desk staff and was on my way. Only disappointment is that I paid $230 more than my estimate but I doubt that is anyone’s fault. Anyways come the day of surgery I was uncontrollably crying when I was taken back.. I’m a 23 year old woman lol but I don’t do great with needles none the less it was also my first time being put under. The nurse I had was sweet and assuring. Highly recommended! I walked into this appointment having no idea what to expect, full of anxiety about it, but it was simply the best experience I could have expected given the circumstances (extracting a tooth!). Dr Daly truly cares about his patients and made it a positive experience for me.

Dr. Daly and the entire Arch dental team were wonderful. I went in very nervous due to past dental trauma, where my concerns about difficulty getting numb were often ignored, leading to painful experiences and repeated interruptions during procedures. From the very beginning, Dr. Daly and the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and administer the numbing agent carefully and effectively. The staff was kind, compassionate, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and heard, something that means a great deal to me. My only concern is that, even after 24 hours post-surgery, I’m still experiencing significant pain despite taking the prescribed medication, alternating with Tylenol, and using cold compresses as recommended.
