Sat in the drive thru for so long that cars pulling in behind me, were backing out and going inside. They managed to get their medicine before me! Meanwhile, I was waiting on prescriptions that were already filled for 20+ minutes, 15 minutes before anyone ever came to the window. I could've went to Walmart and been back home faster and saved money. Won't be back. No wonder no one I know uses this pharmacy anymore.
There are only a couple ladies within that are nice and polite. So this is nothing to do with them. However every single month it is a struggle to get my son's prescription filled. Its always short on pills due to "shipment" issues. And when trying to go back to pick up the remaining owed there are two individuals who said we forfeit the rest because we didnt pick up within 72 hours. Cant pick up something when we are waiting for your shipment to come in. Some of the worst customer service ive seen
