Arcade Hearing Aid Center

The people at Arcade are amazing. They listen (and with Matt’s tip top hearing aid service I do, too!). They answer my questions, give me the support and accessories I need and, most importantly, make me feel like hearing aids are the best thing (next to exercising and eating right) I can do for myself. I recommend Arcade to all of my demographically fading friends. It is top notch!

I really appreciate the ability to get fast service when I am having problems with my hearing aid. I was actually able to get an appointment the same day that I called. For repairs they usually are able to book you within a couple of days at most. Mary helped me the last time I was in, and she did a great job. She cleaned, repaired and updated the software on my hearing aids; and she understood the problems I was having and refitted the earbuds to fix the issue. They are easy to work with and always friendly and willing to help.

I'm not a regular patient at Arcade Hearing and didn't purchase my ReSound hearing aid from them, but when I called ReSound headquarters about a problem, they recommended several places that might be able to service it--Arcade Hearing was one of them. I was fortunate they were close by and had an opening that same morning. Audiologist Mary Lewis quickly identified and solved the problem, and I was on my way. Anyone who relies on hearing aids knows what an incredible relief it is to have them working again. I'm really grateful that Arcade provided such prompt, professional service!

Awesome hearing aid center. This center has serviced my Starkey hearing aids with grace and style. Dr Matt Michaels is efficient and thorough. No waiting to see him. This hearing aids center is hands off the best hearing aid center I've been to and I've been to four. Love it here!

The service is great. I've never had to wait very long to be taken care of. Matt is very helpful and really cares your hearing is the best.
