The staff is always very friendly and I have yet to find anyone in a bad mood while visiting this dentist office. The dental hygienists do a great job at cleaning teeth, and they are also very friendly and always concerned with your comfort. The dental care I have received from the dentist has always been exceptional. I have to give the office the highest ratings across the board when it comes to dental care and to all comes at very reasonable prices.

Not only did this pathetic excuse for a dentist leave decay under a filling and then refuse further treatment for the tooth after I complained of sensitivity, I had to go to a different dentist to be told that the decay was still in my tooth. The dentist at Western New York Dental Group on Southwestern Blvd was able to remove the filling and decay and then refill my tooth, only for my severe sensitivity to continue. A few years after that, I now need a root canal on that tooth at a young age because this man does NOT know how to his job correctly. He has caused me years of pain, and now over $100 to get a root canal in the tooth that would not need one had he done his job correctly.

I had the worst infection, I have ever had in my life, it was making me so sick, no one would see me for weeks..... Dr. Brugge got me right in and took care of the problem for me right away! She has been a life saver (literally) Thank you so much Dr. Brugge and Arcade Dental Arts!

My father saw Dr. Sarah Brugge today. He cannot say enough good things about her. They are so professional, personable and kind. We definitely recommend them to everyone!!

The Arcade Dental team is our favorite, we love going here! Dr. Bahret is always amazing and each assistant is as well! We will not go anywhere else!
